Chad Smith Promoted to NOC Manager
Chad Smith of Infotex, Inc. has recently been promoted to Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager of the managed services division of the company. “In this position, Chad will be responsible for increasing consistency and lowering average response time,” said Dan Hadaway, President of Infotex. “He has been very customer service oriented from the first day he joined our team, so when the opportunity arose it was a no-brainer decision to put Chad at the helm.”
