PRESS RELEASE - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

BUSINESS NEWS

Dewpoint Holdings LLC is pleased to announce the merger of infotex into the Dewpoint family of capabilities. infotex’s expertise in security policy, compliance, and consulting, and along with its Triguard® platform, is a strong complement to Dewpoint’s existing portfolio of services.

“When I first met the infotex team, I was impressed by their depth of experience and their strong focus on client engagement, which aligns perfectly with Dewpoint’s own philosophy,” said Bob Bartholomew, President and CEO of Dewpoint. “I’m excited to see how this added experience, knowledge, and capabilities will drive even greater value for our existing clients.”

Founded in 2000 and based in Lafayette, Indiana, infotex has a long history of empowering their Clients to manage the complex world of technology risk. This is accomplished through providing their Triguard® Managed SIEM product as a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) and IT Audit solutions as an audit firm. At infotex, Client is a proper noun. In its 25+ years infotex has used their expertise to both “educate and activate” their Clients – as well as the Client’s customers – on best security practices and has been a mainstay at various state banking association events for years, as both sponsors and moderators/presenters in both the technical and non-technical world. Beyond mainly serving the banking and credit union industries, infotex has also worked with Clients in multiple industries, including finance, healthcare, education, professional services, and manufacturing.

“I’m genuinely excited about infotex joining the Dewpoint family. When we looked at how our threat-focused approach to cybersecurity aligns with Dewpoint’s award-winning services and deep commitment to community, it just made sense. This combination strengthens what both organizations already do well and gives us an even greater ability to continue exceeding expectations for our Clients.” commented Michael Hartke, President of infotex.

infotex will continue to operate under its current brand and leadership, ensuring a seamless transition for its customers. The acquisition will enable infotex to leverage Dewpoint’s resources and expertise to enhance its service offerings further and provide even greater value to its Clients.
