ADAM REYNOLDS OF INFOTEX, EARNS CompTIA SECURITY+ CERTIFICATE

BUSINESS NEWS

Adam Reynolds, Data Security Analyst of Infotex, Inc., recently received the CompTIA Security+ certification. CompTIA Security+ is a vendor neutral certificate to validate IT security skills and knowledge. The certification meets DOD Directive 8570 and ranks higher than the Network+ certification.
“Adam has always exceeded our expectations for him,” says Dan Hadaway, Managing Partner, “and this is just another example of that.”

While not focusing heavily in any one area, the certification does a good job at presenting the many areas associated with IT security and how security should be present at all levels in an organization. The Security+ is a great foundational certificate that validates the knowledge of confidentiality, integrity, and availably as it relates to IT security and lays a good path to future certifications.”

Infotex is a Managed Security Service Provider and is a Preferred Service Provider of the Indiana Bankers Association.  Infotex is based in central Indiana and works primarily with banks, credit unions, and hospitals.
