About Infotex Vulnerability News

By Vigilize | Tuesday, October 22, 2013 - Leave a Comment

We take great pride in our attempt to help you become aware of what you need to know via this portal and e-mail announcement system. Just a quick briefing of how we go about filtering the vulnerability news down for our readership. First of all, it is important to know that though we do our best to stay on top of vulnerability news as it happens and to find what our clients need to know, we can’t possibly catch every news-worthy issue 100% of the time. Thus, those who subscribe to our mailing lists need to be forewarned that our aim is to function as a supplement to, not a replacement for, personal due diligence. Every article we post will not pertain to every client.

Having established that, if we think something is going to be covered extensively by the media we will not report it. Any news that comes from regulators (such as the FDIC, OCC, etc.) will also not be reported. We are assuming you have already receive this information.

What we are always trying to find, and are open to your suggestions about how and what to find, are those articles that we feel are worth our “average Client’s” investment in the time it would take to read them. Of course, any articles that we write will fall immediately into this category.

We hope to help you “fight the noise” and focus in on those issues that present the most risk to you.

Thanks,

The Infotex Team!
