Using GPT

We encourage our employees to use AI as a tool.  And we make sure they understand:  if you learn to USE AI as a tool, it will not replace you.

But with that comes responsibility.  If somebody is merely copying and pasting from ChatGPT, that person is not getting it.  Use ChatGPT to suggest what you would type, then type it in your own words.  Humanizing the results, being the General of several AI tools, knowing when it’s better to just write it yourself . . . that uses GPT as a tool.

Copy and paste from GPT?  You’re replacing yourself.
