Dan is making his most recent iteration of the “Management Awareness Training” presentation available to the public. He uses this presentation to kickoff Risk Assessment and other strategy-related engagements, as well as to debrief the management team on audit reports. The awareness PowerPoint typically takes about 45 minutes, with the remaining 15 minutes is focused on the audit results.
