If you’re looking for something to read over the weekend, you might want to check out this interesting article about Incident Response.  Though it is geared to bigger businesses and based on the recent retail breaches, it gives insight into the feelings of the victims of cybercrime after the breach.  The big takeaway is, of course, what we’ve all been preaching:  proactive planning and transparency turns lemons into lemonade.
