The Associate Concept
Because we want to be able to bring expertise to the table that, due to our focus on Information Security, we would not be able to afford full time, we have developed an approach to subcontracting that we find to be a win-win-win. It’s a win for us because we can provide more services to our clients. It’s a win for our associates because they can expand their experience, pick up some extra cash on the side, and work with great people! Most importantly, it’s a win for our clients because they can rely on the quality control, credibility, certifications, and talents of people from all walks of life!
Our clients rely upon us to do proper due diligence (including appropriate NDAs and background checks) on all our employees, so by arranging this in advance, we honor the needs of our clients while at the same time prepare for future work.
