IT Governance documentation is both extremely important and extremely difficult to create for IT managers, Information Security Officers, and Compliance Officers alike. infotex has been maturing GLBA and HIPAA templates since before the regulations were law. Our first Acceptable Use Policy was written in 1989. Each time we audit a new client, we learn from the process and update our templates.

IT Resource Library

We have mapped both HIPAA and GLBA to the eight Information Technology Governance Subprograms illustrated by our asterisk diagram to the right.  Our templates have evolved over twenty years but also stay up on the latest issues such as BYOD security policy.  Though these templates have been available for sale through various partners in the Financial Services and Healthcare Industries, we are now making them available on our blog.  And, if you are already a client and need help with these templates, please be sure to let us know!

Check out the infotex Governance Library to learn more about how we can help you!

All templates are color-coded.  And don’t forget, updates are free for three years and our boilerplates all come with a 30-day guarantee!
